2026 has kinda been our year at Trainual.

We launched the Operations Suite, hosted 150 of you little legends at Playbook 2026, and now Trainual just blew past 1,000 reviews on G2. 🥇 Call it our era if you want (we love you, Taylor).

Summer 2026 didn't slow the streak down one bit: 22 badges, Leader status in every category we compete in, and #1 rankings in seven different areas (think best usability, best ROI, and the like). Brag? Us? …Okay, a little.

But here's what makes it land — every one of those 1,000+ reviews came from a real team telling the world how they run, and how we help. That's not a stat. That's trust — and it's all thanks to you.

The scoreboard

Here's how Summer 2026 shook out:

  • 176 unique reports — that's a whole lot of teams grabbing the mic
  • Leader in every category we compete in — every. single. one.
  • #1 in seven different areas — best usability, best ROI, that kind of thing
  • 22 G2 badges
  • 8 top-rated spots on the Capterra shortlist

Cue the air horn. Cue the obligatory victory gif.

Stars, platform by platform

Where we're parked these days:

  • G2 — 4.7 stars, freshly past 1,000 reviews
  • Capterra — 4.8 stars across 509 reviews

And a high five worth pausing on: G2 and Capterra officially joined forces, so all that feedback now lives under one roof. We rebuilt trainual.com/reviews to match — go ahead, snoop around. We made it pretty.

Why 22 badges hits way harder than it sounds

We can hear it now: "22? Weren't you winning like 70 of these things?" Fair. Here's the plot twist — G2 changed the rules. Badges now count once per category, no more stacking the same win across every segment. Under the old math, we'd have cleared 70 this round. Under the new, stricter math? Still walked away with 22 — up from 15 in this exact campaign last year.

Harder game. Higher score. We're more than okay with that.

Leader, and not letting go

We held Leader status across the grids that map to how teams put Trainual to work — Corporate LMS, Knowledge Management, Sales Training & Onboarding, and Onboarding, to name a few. And the part we're quietly smug about? On every grid we play in, we either climbed or held our ground. Nothing — and we mean nothing — slid backward.

New to how G2 keeps score? Every company gets measured on two things: satisfaction and market presence. Satisfaction is how much customers love the product. Market presence is the size of a company's footprint — revenue, headcount, following, that whole world. Satisfaction is the one we obsess over, because it comes straight from the people living in the product every day.

The win underneath all the wins

Peel back the badges and the grids, and here's what's left: a thousand-plus teams chose to vouch for us, out loud, in public. That's the kind of trust you can't buy, fake, or manufacture. It's one company nudging the next — "hey, getting documented, onboarding faster, and keeping everyone rowing in the same direction? Way easier with Trainual in your corner."

Which is the whole reason we exist. Pull training, processes, and daily operations into one connected place — instead of scattering them across tabs, docs, and half-remembered Slack threads — and teams just move better. The reviews? Those are the receipts.

So to every customer who hit submit this quarter, and to the crew that turned a stack of wins into something worth bragging about: this era is yours as much as ours. 🎉
