Nudge suggestions that do the detective work for you

Somebody's behind on training. You don't have to go hunting — Trainual finds them for you and serves up a ready-to-send nudge, right where you're already working.

You'll get suggestions for training that's overdue, due within the week, or just... suspiciously untouched. Each one comes with a pre-drafted, personalized message. Tweak it if you want, or send it as-is. Either way, your team gets back on track without you playing hall monitor.

Build training path templates from paths that already work

You nailed the onboarding flow. Your new hire was ramped, confident, and contributing before the confetti hit the floor. 🎊

Now you can turn that winning path into a reusable template — subjects, milestones, breaks, all in the right order. Build it once, apply it to your next hire (and the one after that 😏) in a few clicks. Consistent onboarding at actual scale.

People managers get the visibility they've been asking for

Anyone with direct reports in Trainual can now assign content, create training paths, track progress from their dashboard, update profile details, and document responsibilities — even if they're not a group manager.

That means the people closest to the work can finally support onboarding, monitor training progress, and keep accountability clear — without waiting on an admin.
