Keeping employee data accurate shouldn't mean typing it into two systems and hoping they match. When someone joins, changes roles, or moves on, that update should just… show up in Trainual.
Now it does — for even more of the HR and payroll tools your team already runs on.
Five new HRIS integrations
We've added five new HRIS integrations so employee data flows into Trainual — and stays up to date — without any manual entry:
- isolved
- HiBob
- Humaans
- Sequoia One
- UKG Ready
Here's what that looks like day to day: add a new hire in your HR system and they land in Trainual, ready to onboard. Change someone's role or department, and Trainual flags it so records stay consistent across both systems. Off-board someone, and the cleanup happens here too — no loose ends.
Multi-entity syncing for multi-location teams 🏢
Running more than one location or legal entity? Trainual now supports multi-entity syncing with UKG Ready and a handful of other providers — so you can pull people data from all the locations you've set up in your HR system, not just one.
For multi-location orgs, that means a single source of truth for who works where, with training and accountability that actually matches how your company is structured.
And that's on top of everything Trainual already connects to
Trainual plays nice with the tools you already use. Alongside the new additions, here's what's already in the box:
HR & payroll — automatically add, update, and remove people, no double entry:ADP RUN · Paychex Flex · Paycor · Paycom · Deel · Justworks · TriNet · Namely · Personio · Lattice · Dayforce · UKG Pro
Knowledge & file connectors — bring outside docs into your AI assistant:Google Drive · OneDrive · SharePoint · Notion · Confluence · Dropbox
Content creation — embed live content right inside your training:Vimeo · YouTube · Figma · Guidde · iorad · Droplr · Spotify
Collaboration, data & SSO:GitHub · Google Data Studio · Google SSO
