Each person connects individually, and the AI assistant only pulls from files they can already access — so the knowledge your team needs ends up in the app they trust to find and document it.

Looking to keep Trainual in sync with the rest of your systems? You now have more ways to move Trainual content and data, automate updates, and keep everything connected — with our Application Programming Interface (API) and webhooks.

Use the API to manage and pull Trainual data across content, people, reports, and more. Or use webhooks to trigger alerts and workflows the moment key things happen in Trainual.
