Trainual Named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 for the Fifth Consecutive Year

The training, operations, and performance platform ranked No. 3,004, marking its fifth straight year on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list.

For the fifth year in a row, Trainual has earned a place on the Inc. 5000, Inc.'s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The training, operations, and performance platform for growing teams placed No. 3,004 on the 2026 list with 102% three-year revenue growth, and it has appeared every year since its debut at No. 255 in 2022.

The five-year run tracks a company that has grown from a single training product into three connected suites that run on one system. Trainual now brings together what a team needs to know, what it is working toward, and how everyone is performing, so training, daily execution, and performance no longer live in separate tools.

The Training suite, the product that first put the company on the map, helps teams document how they work and get everyone up to speed. It brings process documentation, role-based onboarding and training paths, and a searchable AI knowledge base for instant answers into one place, so a growing team can train consistently no matter how fast it adds people.

The Operations suite extends that system into daily execution. It adds meetings and agendas, decisions and action tracking, team updates, scorecards and KPIs, and goals and planning to the platform where a team's documentation and training already live, so day-to-day operations run from a single source of truth instead of a stack of disconnected tools. The suite arrived alongside the company's Playbook 2026 customer conference, which hosted 150 attendees.

The newest addition, the Performance suite, turns performance reviews from an annual scramble into an ongoing record. Review cycles draft themselves over the year from real work, combine self and manager assessments into one shared view, and roll up into a permanent packet on each person's profile. Feedback and recognition are captured in the moment rather than reconstructed from memory, reviews are built on the standards a team has already defined for each role, and every growth area links to the exact training that closes it. Because all three suites share one system, what someone is trained on, what they are working toward, and how they are performing finally connect in the same place.

About the 2026 list

Inc. published the 2026 Inc. 5000 on August 11. Companies are ranked by percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, and this year's honorees generated a combined $385 billion in 2025 revenue. To qualify, a company must be privately held, for-profit, U.S.-based, and independent, with revenue generated by early 2022 and at least $2 million in 2025. Past honorees include Patagonia, Under Armour, Yelp, and LinkedIn, all of which appeared on the list in the years before they became household names.

Company context

Trainual serves companies scaling past roughly 25 people, where operational knowledge that once lived with a founder or a small leadership team has to become documented and repeatable. The platform combines process documentation, onboarding and training, a searchable knowledge base, and the recently launched Operations suite, which covers meetings, goals, scorecards, action items, and async updates.

Company research conducted ahead of the Operations suite launch found that 57% of teams cited "one more tool" as the primary barrier to improving how they operate, while 49% named accountability as their top operational priority. Alongside its Inc. 5000 placement, Trainual has been named an Inc. Best Workplace every year since 2021, a six-year run that reflects the same investment in people and process the platform is built to support.
