To do this:
- Enable connectors in Account → Settings → Trainual AI.
- Each team member connects the apps they use from My Settings → Integrations & AI.
- Ask your AI assistant to find knowledge across your connected tools.
Because every connection is authenticated by the individual user, the AI assistant only pulls from files and content they already have permission to access.
