FIELD DAY

School spirit, Trainual style

In August, we ran our own version of spirit week: Trainual Day. Teams dreamed up pretend companies (yes, even a sheep school 🐑) and built them inside Trainual — roles, processes, org charts, the works. It was part competition, part creativity sprint, complete with prizes.
