👉 Here’s the TL;DR: When you purchase a Medium, Growth, or Custom plan, a dedicated Implementation Specialist will work closely with you and your account stakeholders during the first 4-5 weeks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
During that time, you'll get:
1

Consultative guidance on how to use Trainual for your company and industry.

2

A personalized account framework for success. We’ll organize your people and focus on the most impactful areas for immediate training, onboarding, and SOP creation.

3

Up to 5 hours of content migration and outline support. Give us what you got and we’ll magically format (what we can in the allotted time) in your account — then train your team on how we did it.

FAQs

How long are implementation calls?

Each meeting is 30 minutes long. Giving you enough time to make progress and gain valuable insights (without information overload).

How many calls do I get?

You’ll get customized support to help you become confident with the tools you need to launch Trainual to your team — for most customers, this takes three calls! On your kickoff call, your dedicated specialist will walk you through your goals and expected timeline.

Who can join the call?

Great question! For your kickoff call, we recommend you invite the folks who are going to be championing the setup of Trainual. AKA, the key decision-makers shaping the training experience for your company as a whole. You can take a look at future meeting agendas and chat with your setup specialist to decide who should attend the following sessions. Every call is recorded, so you can always share the meeting recordings with others on your team!

Can I schedule multiple calls per week?

We recommend spacing calls one week apart, giving you time to complete your action items and come back prepared to dive deeper into the next step. Let your setup specialist know about any deadlines you have and we’ll work with you to expedite your journey as needed!

Will you put existing content into my account for me?

You get up to 5 hours of content migration of up-to-date existing content with your plan! Not only does this help expedite some of your high-priority content creation, but it gives you an example of what killer content looks like in Trainual.

What kind of content can I send over for migration?

To make the most of your content migration assistance, we recommend compiling some organized docs (like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or PDFs) with clear sections and headings.

Can my dedicated specialist write content for me?

Your specialist will guide you through content creation (and teach you how to use features like AI-powered tools to make it easier!). If you need a fully done-for-you option, we can connect you with a certified partner. These are specialized, third-party coaches and consultants you can work with for an additional cost.

Can my dedicated specialist show me other customer Trainual accounts?

We can’t show you other customer accounts (unless they’ve made them public on our site!), but we can share what works well based on the success we’ve seen for other Trainual customers in your industry.

What if I need help beyond the initial implementation period?

Good news: We’ve got a whole team of Trainual pros who will continue to support you whenever you need it! We’ll introduce you to your long-term support after you graduate implementation. And if working independently is more your jam, you have 24/7 access to the help center, Trainual University, and the Trainual Community for quick guidance and best practices from the team and other customers!

Any other best practices to make this setup process smoother and faster?

We love your energy already! The more time you set aside each week to complete action items and collaborate with your team, the smoother and faster your setup will be. Many find that dedicating regular time to Trainual helps them feel more confident by the end of implementation. We can’t wait to get you started!

Preparing for a successful implementation

If you’re waiting for your kickoff call and you want to get started right away, here are a few things you can do to make the most of your time with your dedicated Implementation Specialist.

1

Enroll in Trainual University: This is our hub for interactive, self-paced courses to help you learn the ins and outs of Trainual. The more you know about the product when you get to implementation, the more time we can spend on personalized recommendations and best practices.

2

Identify your stakeholders: Who are the decision makers for Trainual as a whole in your business? Who will be involved in initial content creation? Who will need to be able to manage content or people long term? You don’t need to have it all figured out — just get your wheels turning!

3

Think about your employees’ experience in Trainual: How controlled do you want their content experience to be in terms of what they can see and how they can navigate in the platform? What level of accountability are you looking for?
