About Nesper Solutions

Hi, I’m Allison. For more than 15 years, I’ve been building processes and systems that help businesses automate, streamline, and scale. I often say I’m a recovering accountant turned project manager—with over 15 years of experience leading teams, implementing systems, and helping organizations operate more efficiently.

My journey isn’t just about improving business performance - it’s about helping people. I’m passionate about teaching teams how to communicate better, share knowledge, and embrace change in a way that feels approachable, not intimidating.

Today, I work as a Fractional COO, partnering with forward-thinking companies to simplify operations and create sustainable growth.

Before launching my own consulting practice, I served as Head of PMO at Myonex and Director of Technology at ESFM, where I led organizations through major initiatives including post-acquisition integrations, EU facility launches, agile transformations, and ERP/QMS implementations. I’ve built and scaled PMOs, led global teams, and turned complex projects into repeatable success stories.

After years in corporate leading large-scale transformations across healthcare, energy, and life sciences, I realized my passion was helping small and mid-sized businesses grow. That’s why I founded Nesper Solutions—to help leaders bring structure to their operations, reduce chaos, and build scalable systems that drive consistency and growth.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors—cheering on my kids at sporting events, distance running, or biking or skiing. I love blue-water vacations, and at home, our dog and cat (who are definitely more spoiled than the kids) keep things lively!

I look forward to collaborating with you to streamline your operations and show that change doesn’t have to be scary—it can actually be fun!
