Nearly a decade of running a small business in the hospitality industry taught me that if you’re not nailing your employee experience, you don’t have an “HR” problem – you have a business problem! So I pursued a Masters in Applied Psychology from The University of Southern California, and started TALENTality to help business leaders create successful employee experiences.
