Makini Bridgewater is a Grant Writer & Nonprofit Consultant & Owner at Grant Runner. Makini delivered over $1.25 million in grant funding for her clients in 2021. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago and based in Texas for over a decade, Makini has a background in Industrial Engineering and experience in implementing process improvements in manufacturing and healthcare finance. She brings this same analytical toolkit to the nonprofit domain to help build systems, develop relationships, and ultimately drive strategic partnerships toward capacity building.
