Laura uses her Ph.D. in History from the University of North Carolina to develop engaging and user-friendly real estate training manuals.Now in her 5th year of working with real estate clients from around the United States, Laura’s deep love of learning and systems makes her excited to help teams document their procedures - every single day!These passions have carried her across the Atlantic, from her home state of Connecticut to her current home in Paris, and from the world of academia into her role as the lead Systems Consultant at Kathleen Metcalf Coaching & Training.Laura’s work includes designing REA 101 - The Essential Guide for New Real Estate Assistants, the Hire LAB course, Transactly’s TC training, and programs for other real estate industry leaders.
