Steps for Workplace Violence Prevention

Our workplace violence policy outlines our expectations for preventing and addressing workplace violence and the steps we will take to protect our employees from violence in the workplace.

  1. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent incidents of workplace violence, including by conducting background checks on employees and contractors, providing training on workplace violence prevention, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  2. Employees are prohibited from engaging in violent or threatening behavior in the workplace. This includes physical violence, verbal threats, and other forms of aggressive or intimidating behavior.
  3. Employees who experience or witness workplace violence are encouraged to report the incident to their manager, supervisor, or HR. Reports of workplace violence will be investigated promptly and thoroughly, and confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.
