Team members may work from home:
- Part-time (dividing daily time between the office and home)
- On pre-determined days of the week
And work from home arrangements may be temporary, as needed, or permanent. Please note: All work from home arrangements must be discussed and approved by [the employee's immediate manager].Working from home is a great opportunity and provides much flexibility. That said, working from home should not impact an employee's ability to perform their assigned duties and meet expectations, targets, deliverables, and other goals. If productivity concerns arise, a supervisor will schedule a meeting to discuss them with the employee.Indicators of concern include:
- Decreased productivity
- Sporadic or untimely communication
- If these concerns are unable to be resolved, the employee's WFH eligibility will be revoked.
