Our business thrives on consistent hard work from everyone on the team. It's what makes us who we are, wherever we are. And the nature of our business allows a great deal of flexibility as to where we work.As such, we have established a work from home (WFH) policy that ensures everyone can work comfortably to accomplish team and company goals. Understanding this policy will help you to work effectively and know exactly what the expectations are.
This policy applies to any employee whose job duties allow for it. However, positions that require direct physical contact with customers (like the salesfloor) are not eligible for work from home. Some extenuating circumstances may post exceptions when possible.

There may be rare circumstances when a mandatory Work From Home policy may be applied, including:
