Welcome to Trainual!

Our business thrives on repeatable processes. They are incredibly important in ensuring that we maintain top-notch quality and consistency in everything we do. The consistency we achieve through these processes is what drives our business growth, benefiting everyone involved!

To make all of this possible, we recognized the need for a central hub to document these processes. That's where Trainual comes in. Think of it as the playbook for our business, a comprehensive guide that covers every aspect.

The beauty of Trainual is that it serves as a one-stop solution for all your questions. Whether you need to understand how we do something here or dive deeper into a specific process related to your role, you'll find all the answers you need right here in Trainual.

When you're done with this training, you'll be able to:

• Describe what Trainual is and how we use it.
• Start and complete shared content.
• Follow our guidelines and expectations for using Trainual.
• Access help resources.

The Home Page

If you're reading this sentence then you've already:

1. Logged in to Trainual.
2. Landed on the Home page.
3. Launched this training.

Now, let's take another quick peek at the "Home" page to see everything you can do there.

How To Complete Your Work

Ok, now take a quick look to the left! (If you're on a mobile device, scroll up.)

These are called "Steps". Each one will have an icon next to it:

• A filled-in check mark shows what you've already reviewed so it's easy to see what you have left.
• A gray check mark shows a step that still needs to be completed.
• A padlock means you have to complete the previous step before you can view this one.

Your progress is saved as you go. So, if you have to leave it to do something else (like your job), you can come back later and pick up where you left off.  If you need to review a step you've already completed, just click on it.

The Content Page

On the Home page, you saw all the content we've shared specifically with you. On the Content page, you'll see ALL of the content that we've made available for the whole company. You can view and filter the page to find what you're looking for.

If you see something that you'd like to learn more about, but it's not yet shared with you, you can request access to it.

Once you request access, an Admin will review your request. If it's accepted, you'll be notified and the content will appear on your Home page.

Search & Ask Questions

Wouldn't it be cool if you could ask Trainual how to do part of your job and it would just magically tell you?

Guess what? it can! It's literally like... magic.

Use the Search tool on the top of the page to search for keywords or even ask questions like:

• How do I turn off the office alarm?
• What's our PTO policy?
• Or...

Get to know your People

On the People page:

Click Directory to see our entire team. Then, click on a picture to get more detail.

Click Org Chart to see the organization of the company by people or role.

Our goal is for our Trainual to be the ONE source of truth for EVERYTHING we do around here.

There are 2 things you can do to help!

Check Trainual FIRST!

If you have a question about any part of our business or your job, look for it in Trainual. It's super easy! Just use the Search tool on the top of the page to ask questions and find your answers!

If it's not in Trainual, make sure it gets there.

If you can't find the answer in Trainual, ask your team, your manager, someone. Find the answer. Then, make sure it gets documented in Trainual!
