Maintenance Clean Task List

What's a Maintenance Clean?

This is the kind of clean that we do after the initial clean to keep up with "new" dirt. We typically do these cleans on a regular and recurring basis. We use the speed cleaning method for maintenance cleans, which means we touch every area of every room, every time.

There will always be areas that need extra time and attention like the shower, the stove, etc. But for the most part, you can move quickly through the house once you've got your system down.

Speed Cleaning Process

When conducting a maintenance clean, you'll use the speed cleaning method. Meaning, your goal is to move quickly through every room in the house to maintain order and cleanliness.

When doing a maintenance clean, move from top to bottom, left to right, front to back, and then clean the floors — and touch every part of the house as efficiently as possible.

Note that there may be specific requests and notes for different properties that will slightly change our standard checklist.

Next, we will go over the maintenance clean checklist for every type of room.
