What To Expect from Onboarding

If you’ve made it this far, it’s fair to say that you’re probably excited at the prospect of joining our team! And if you’re the right fit for the role, we’d be happy to have you!

The first few months in a new job are crucial, and we take great pride in our onboarding process, designed to set you up for success from Day 1. 

Our onboarding program spans a week and a half and combines asynchronous learning modules with hands-on training sessions. This blended approach allows you to learn at your own pace, while also giving you the opportunity to actively engage with your new teammates and work on real projects.

Your first week will kick off with an introduction to our company culture, values, and the tools we use. You'll have access to a series of online training modules to complete at your convenience, interspersed with team meetings and one-on-one sessions for a more in-depth understanding of your role. By the end of the week and a half, you'll not only be familiar with how things work here but also have contributed to ongoing projects, making you feel like a part of the team from the get-go.

But that's not where it ends. We believe in continuous support and will have check-ins at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks. These check-ins serve as milestones to review your progress, address any challenges you may be facing, and set new goals to ensure your continued growth and success at 😎.
