An exciting training tool that streamlines learning

“[At Repli], we're digital marketers, speed freaks, and tech enthusiasts, always on the hunt for the best tools to make our lives easier, faster, and way cooler,” explained Siobhan Park, Repli’s Head of Training & Marketing. “We believe our training should have the same adrenaline rush. And that's where Trainual has come in, kicking down the doors and turning training as we know it on its head!”

Siobhan’s team is in charge of running new employee onboarding, and new hires get up close and personal with Trainual during their first week. “The thing that I always tell the team is, ‘I don’t expect you to memorize everything, or remember all the things I talked to you about, especially in your first week. But my goal is that you would walk away at the end of the week knowing you’ll find it in Trainual,’” said Siobhan.

Using Trainual as the reinforcement for all their presentations and hands-on training means that Repli’s new hires know exactly where to find refreshers on everything they’re learning. In 2020, when the company was still in its “startup phase,” the leadership at Repli knew they needed a “more formal” place to store all their documented processes, policies, and operations. After seeing Trainual in an ad with Shark Tank star Daymond John, the Repli team tried the platform out for themselves — and quickly realized it was the best software for their needs.

“Imagine having all our processes and operations neatly documented and easily accessible — that's what Trainual has made possible,” said Siobhan. “The beauty of it is that everyone can easily get the hang of it and apply it to their work. It's become our magic wand for spreading knowledge.”

“We did a training with [senior success coach] Shawn, and he made this joke of how people in the Trainual office, when asked a question, will say, ‘Did you Trainual it first?’ And so we took the same philosophy.”
