Prior to Trainual, PushPress's onboarding was fairly basic. "It was good and definitely supported our needs at the time, but as we were starting to grow, we needed to optimize and better tell the Push Press story from the get-go," explained Ali Cadmus, the company's People Operations Manager.

That training, in turn, helps these employees better manage onboarding for their new team members. “They're also managing parts of the team and it's just made the onboarding process faster,” shared Ali.
“I don't have to spend as much time answering questions on the initial onboarding call because all their questions are easily answered and they're able to refer back to it in Trainual.”
