Arash Tadayon to serve as VP of Engineering, leading all future product roadmap initiatives.
Scottsdale, Ariz., Jan. 25 2021 — This month, Arash Tadayon joined Trainual as their new VP of Engineering. This role is the first VP hire in the department and a monumental step by the company to further improve their product.
Arash brings over ten years of engineering experience, including working most recently as the VP of Product and Engineering at Coplex, an Arizona-based startup incubator. Before that, Arash earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University after co-founding two companies then selling one of them.
“Trainual is just getting started. And we are making a big investment in staying on the cutting edge of technology,” said Chris Ronzio, Founder & CEO of Trainual. “We’re excited to have Arash join and help strengthen the foundation that we’ve built over the last few years.”
“I’ve had the opportunity to meet many of the team members in different capacities over the last few years and am blown away by the caliber of individuals that make up this incredible organization,” said Arash. “I can’t wait to see what we can do with the product and I’m excited to solve for the types of technical challenges that come with exponential scale.”
In his new position, Arash will be responsible for:
- Helping Trainual double the size of its engineering team by the end of 2021
- Directing application initiatives as they relate to the team’s ambitious product roadmap
- Adjusting the application’s architecture to support the company as it continues to scale
The Trainual team believes that Arash’s extensive engineering experience at high-growth tech companies will be invaluable to their product roadmap. The team is currently gearing up to make their SaaS tool even more reliable and robust, and they are excited to learn from a seasoned startup engineer.
This is one of many leadership hires Trainual looks to make in the coming months. Right now, they are actively recruiting top-tier engineering talent and many other roles as listed on their careers page.
